The
Scriptures reveal seven facts in God's plan of salvation. As you
study them, keep in mind that this is God's plan - not man's, it is
also not religion's! There is no other plan other than what the
Bible lays out that can save your lost soul and make you His child.
Acts
4:12 (KJV)
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name
under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Also
keep in mind that not all religions lead you to God and His plan of
salvation! There is one way only and that is the plan laid out
in what is known as the Holy Bible. It is through the personage
of His son, Jesus Christ.
John
14:6 (KJV)
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father, but by me.
God's
plan of salvation is three-fold . . .
First, Jesus came to earth to redeem you from the penalty of sin, by
placing your sin upon himself when on the cross.
Heb.
9:26 (KJV)
For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world:
but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away
sin by the sacrifice of himself.
Second,
Jesus appeared in heaven, in the presence of God, following His resurrection,
to save you from the power of sin.
Heb.
9:24 (KJV)
For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, [which
are] the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear
in the presence of God for us:
Third,
Jesus will come again to this earth (His second return) as "Lord
of Lord's" and "King of Kings" to save you from the very
presence of sin.
Heb.
9:28 (KJV)
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them
that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto
salvation.
This
is salvation in the nutshell This is free, there is nothing you
have to do to accept God's free gift. You can't be good enough,
rich enough, or intelligent enough. Jesus will take you just as
you are - no strings attached. He loved you so much that He spread
out his arms and died in your place.

3:20 (KJV)
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice,
and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and
he with me.
All
you need to do is bow your head and with a humble heart, confess that
you are a sinner and wish to accept God's son as your redeemer.
